Oversee the financial aspects of the business, including ensuring our landlord customers and contractors get paid promptly and heavily involved in making sure the technology keeps pace with the requirements of the business.
Looking at developing products and services to support our customers further as their and our own business grows. Having formerly been a Property Investment Trainer I am keen to provide ongoing products to landlords in a rapidly changing marketplace with regards to ever changing regulations and legislation.
In life before property, my professional background was in Mechanical and Electrical engineering within the pharmaceutical sector, so I also remain involved in some of the more technical aspects of refurbishment, property upgrades and future-proofing as I am an active Property Investor / Landlord also.
Fun fact about you:
Away from the business, you will quite often find me running around the Kent countryside, particularly up on The North Downs Way as I am a keen long distance trail runner.
Hobbies:
Running very long distances on often wet, muddy trails and hills and amateur guitar player for relaxation ! To date, I have completed marathons, Ultra-marathons and 100km races and have just entered my first 50 mile in a day race !
