Allow us to introduce you to our company and tell you a little about lifeboat lettings and what we do. Whether you are a landlord seeking responsible, quality tenants, or a tenant searching for a home, we are here to help. The company is owned and run by three active property investors with a combined 40 years plus experience of property management, property rentals, refurbishments, renovations and conversions in both the residential and commercial arenas. Our experienced, professional, and friendly staff, have extensive local and industry knowledge that enables us to provide a service which is second to none.

Formed in 2017, as a result of our own growing portfolio, Lifeboat Lettings was created to provide a safe place to manage our properties and tenants without the hassle of dealing with multiple agencies. As a result we now pride ourselves on providing a more caring, personal, bespoke service for the discerning landlord and tenant at an affordable price. We have our own established portfolio of HMO and co-living houses and single family lets in Kent and beyond and apply the same rigorous standards to our clients’ properties as we do our own.
