   Lifeboat Lettings have been looking after (not just managing) my HMOs for nearly 2 years. Alex, Rick , Sam, Jennie and all the team are very approachable.
Alex, Rick and Richard's experience as landlord makes this agency stand out from other agencies in the Kent area. They are reachable, keeps me updated with any issues with timelines & provide total hands off HMO management if you are after that. I also count on them for feedback on how to improve on my properties
to suit the tenants' need as well as any new acquisitions.

   I have had the pleasure of working for Lifeboat Lettings for the last decade or so as a painter/decorator, therefore I’ve visited several of their properties across SE Kent, many on numerous occasions. The staff are very conscientious regarding the condition and upkeep of each property, reacting rapidly to any issues that may arise, and upgrading new purchases as required.
