Happy New Year to all our readers! We hope you have had an enjoyable and restful festive period and are now ready and full of motivation for the year ahead.
Here at Lifeboat Lettings, we have some big goals and plans for the coming year and beyond. So, in this, our first article of the year, we thought we would share with you some of what we have planned.
Company Growth and Development
We are committed to continue to serve our landlord clients throughout the county of Kent and Medway. To do this, we will continue to expand our coverage in the central, north and east regions of the county, which was a feature of 2024. In addition, we are continuing to take on more Landlord clients in Medway and will be focusing on this as well throughout 2025.
Team Development
A number of team members will be undergoing additional formal training and CPD in 2025. This will be partly systems-based (for instance in specific property management software) and partly professional based, such as gaining additional formal ARLA Propertymark qualifications. We do not currently have specific plans to expand the team, but this will undoubtedly be required to enable us to meet our growth goals. In addition, we will be training the team to deal with the changes in the way we operate due to the Renters’ Rights Bill being introduced later in the year.
Business Mentorship
The Directors are taking the company through a holistic business mentorship programme starting in February 2025. This will be aimed at further streamlining some of our processes and systems, whilst also taking on board some of the latest state of the art practices of the industry.
New Products and Services
We are always looking to improve our services and our offerings to our clients. This year we will be introducing new products and ways of serving our clients in response to their requirements.
