Laura is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of property maintenance and compliance across our portfolio. As the primary point of contact for our managed landlords, Laura works closely with them to address maintenance concerns and ensure that all properties adhere to current regulations. Additionally, she oversees the scheduling and execution of all Buy-to-Let (BTL) property inspections, ensuring that regular checks are conducted to maintain the highest standards of property care and compliance.
Fun fact about you
For my 30th birthday, my friends & family wrote a book of what they call ‘Lauraisms’ and had it printed on paperback to give to all party guests.
