Previous Experience: HMO manager and maintenance manager for local landlord. Owner of a cleaning company.
Areas of Expertise: HMO / co-living management, inventories, regular inspections and cleaning, fire-alarm testing and maintenance management, check-ins and check-outs.
Other Skills: Liaising with tenants.
Professional Bodies: National Landlords Association Membership through Lifeboat Lettings.
