Due to expansion, we are looking for a Property Manager in Maidstone to join our Lettings Agency team.
Full training will be given for this RAPIDLY GROWING flexible part time self employed role.
The role will involve
Conducting regular inspections & testing
Organising maintenance & cleaning
Overseeing check ins & check outs
Dealing with queries/issues raised by tenants
Providing access to contractors Interaction with tenants
Conducting viewings
Basic maintenance
You will need
Own transport
Good organisation skills
Confidence working with different people face to face or on the phone
